I’ve been working freelance in the TV industry for over a decade. While it has been a fun and exciting job at times, balancing work and personal life has been a significant challenge for me. What if I'm unavailable for our session?
At least 24 hours in advance notice is required to change your session date or time to prevent being charged for the session. However in the event of an emergency or illness we will reschedule the session missed.
The service to be provided is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counselling and may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create and live the life they want to live.

In 2023, I graduated as certified professional coaches from a 1-year coach training program of an ICF-certified top US coach training school named iPEC. The coach training study changed my life and I know that there is immense transformational opportunity in learning about yourself and taking 100% responsibility of your experience in life and business. With my experience I have understood core themes that tend to show up and hold you back the most.
ICF Accreditation - ACC
The ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certification is al credential offered by the International Coaching Federation. It signifies that a coach has met the necessary training and experience requirements to practice professionally with in alignment of the ICF ethics and competencies.
